We are all ghosts here
 
i. 
huddled under bus stop shelters hiding 16 oz cans of stolen beer and begging for cigarettes and loose change for bus fare,
 
ii. 
lumbering down the sidewalk
rushing between calls for that five minutes of freedom in the line at Starbucks,
praying for the perfect vanilla latte.
 
iii. 
The stories sound eerily similar.
